Abstract: The author established a dynamic model for the formation of team trust from the perspective of team, based on the characteristics of group ball event playing teams and the theory of double process of recognition, ac-cording to such a logic clew as from establishment to development to stability of group ball event playing teams, and by grasping the dynamic nature of the formation of trust. The author pointed out that team trust in group ball events chiefly includes three forms, namely, preset trust, cognitive trust, and emotional trust, which are formed re-spectively via heuristic channels, systematic channels and habitual channels. Due to their characteristic differences, these three forms of trust have different effects on the behaviors of the team members, and respectively exist in the management–integration mechanism, power-stimulation mechanism and winning power–building mechanism in the sports team running system.
